Is there a way to make two clipart groups select the same order of pictures?

A character is composed of a head, body, and arms, and there are four skin colors. Can I select the corresponding three clipart groups to the corresponding pictures by selecting the skin color once?

Now I can only set conditions for one clipart group with multiple pictures. If I have many pictures in the clipart group, I have to repeatedly create multiple picture layers to set the corresponding conditions one by one
